The 2007 Fourth Annual Women in Business Leadership Conference, “Leading Change – From Inspiration to Performance” is designed to inspire and motivate graduate students and working professionals to achieve excellence by becoming exceptional leaders. As future or current business leaders, conference participants will be encouraged to celebrate creativity, embrace risk and take actions that will significantly impact their workplace and communities.
The leadership conference will feature three industry panels from the technology, financial services and consumer product sectors. Panelists will discuss the challenges of leading change in the corporate world and share their experiences in managing politics, cross functional teams and diversity.
